In regards to support The Hearing Solutions Company Pte. Ltd. as the only company in SEA will provide,
- In case of any Sound Processor failure, Advanced Bionics will exchange the failed processor immediately at your clinic or at any THSC retail outlets for a reconditioned sound processor. There is no waiting time for your repair to come back, we will help you instantly.
- As the only distributor in SEA THSC employs a group of dedicated Habilitationists, who can assist you in the habililitation of your child after surgery.
- Not only can you receive support in your clinic but also in more than 50 retail outlets of THSC spare parts are available and trained staff to assist you.
- Only THSC has a dedicated regional support team of more than 15 specialists.
- Spare parts and accessories will be available, either in the clinic or in any of our retail outlets.
- Through our regional network, full support in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
- For our customers in countries where THSC does not have a retail outlet, special support packages can be offered. For details please refer to “Hearing Care Packages in Singapore”.
