Automatically activated within TriPilot when appropriate, adaptive digital AudioZoom finds the location of disturbing noise sources. It then adapts the dual-microphone directionality accordingly, providing the optimal signal to noise ratio. Fast-tracking ensures that changing listening conditions or sources of background noise are suppressed quickly and effectively.

SoundCleaning
Unique to Phonak, SoundCleaning ensures hearing comfort and ease of listening. SoundCleaning includes the 16 channel Fine-scale Noise Canceler and the digital Feedback Phase Inverter.
The Fine-scale Noise Canceler removes only that portion of the sound signal not contributing to understanding. With superior responsiveness to noise cancelers that work in fewer channels, the Noise Canceler works in 16 independent channels. This suppresses noise components only where noise is present, without affecting important speech cues.
The sophisticated digital Feedback Phase Inverter cancels feedback actively, without reducing gain. This ensures comfortable listening without annoying and embarrassing whistling, even with open fittings.
